Deposit Requirement
- A refundable deposit is required for all rentals, except for same-day cancellations.
- This deposit secures your date and is held for incidentals.
- Please note that this amount does not contribute towards your final balance.
- Your full balance, as indicated on your invoice, is due a week before your event.
- The deposit will be refunded to you within 24-48 hours after your event.

Rules to Be Aware Of
Maintaining Cleanliness/No Messy Items
- No food, drinks, or messy items are allowed in the play area.
- Water play is prohibited inside the play area.
- Only socks are permitted; no shoes are to be worn.Kai
Late Fee Policy
- Ensure children are removed from the play area at the designated pick-up time.
- All items must be returned to the play area.
- Balls must be placed back in the ball pit.
- Keep the pathway to your setup clear during pick-up.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in a late fee of up to $100.00.
Missing or Damaged Items
- Renter will be billed the full cost of any lost or damaged items.
Clean, Dry, Flat Surface for Setup
- Outdoor setups require a submitted photo/video of the designated area.
- We do not set up equipment on dirt, gravel, wet grounds, or uneven surfaces.
- Ideal surfaces include Concrete, Low-cut grass, Turf grounds, Stone/Brick.
Rules for the Day of Your Event
- Our play area is designed for toddlers ages 0-6 with a maximum capacity of 10 children at a time.
- Please adhere to age requirement rules.
- Children need supervision while playing in the soft play area.
- Keep an eye on all children to ensure safety.
Logistics Rule
- Events requiring elevator, stair, or steep hill access may incur a logistics fee.
- Inform us of these details during the booking process.
- For venue events with limited time for pickup and drop-off, please notify us during booking.
Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE upon booking.
- We understand unexpected events; a rescheduled date is possible if notified at least 4 days before your event.
- Your original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled booking.
- If you notify us 24-48 hours before your event, the deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required.
- For fully paid events, rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
Weather Policy
- In case of a high chance of rain, we require an indoor setup or a tent to cover the ENTIRE play area.
- We understand weather changes are beyond control; rescheduling is possible based on availability.
- Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you plan to reschedule your party.
- Failing to do so within 24 hours will result in a $100 Reloading Fee
